About Me

With over 20 years in HR, I’ve built my career around Learning and Development (L&D). I’m also an AI enthusiast, having recently completed MIT’s Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation, which deepened my focus on how capability-building enables real organizational change.

My life changed on Valentine’s Day 2023. My husband suffered a severe stroke, making me his caregiver. Together, we embarked on a L&D journey as he relearned essential skills.

Today, his remarkable recovery sees him walking and enjoying more independence. This progress paves the way for Peek&O’s fresh return in 2025.

I am excited to embark on a L&D journey with you as well.

The biggest mistake in L&D is not aligning L&D initiatives with business goals. This misalignment can render training programs ineffective, wasting resources and hindering overall business success.

My Work Experience

For my final projects in 2025 and 2026, I am developing AI assistants for clients. These tools are designed to enable learners to apply and reinforce skills acquired during training as part of their overall learning experience.

I have worked for companies like Accenture and Electrolux. My main expertise however is with small to medium sized companies in Asia, America and Europe (Empresaria PLC). Usually I work in English, or Dutch. But I also worked on a few projects in German and Spanish.
